Poor milk into 2 to 3 latex surgical gloves, and tie them shut like a balloon. Hang the filled gloves upside down on a solid piece of yarn, by tying the yarn underneath the knot in the glove. Repeat this process, attaching each glove about a foot apart. After you have attached all the gloves to the yarn, tie the two ends of the yarn between tables or another object in your classroom. When done, you should have what looks like a series of cow nipples hanging on a string. Use a sewing needle to poke a small hole in each finger of the glove . Set out pans, and have the kids squeeze the milk from the gloves to experience what it would be like to milk a cow.
