After teaching the kids about Stonehenge in group, have them recreate their own version at a table. Gather a variety of rocks similar to the ones in Stonehenge, only much smaller and lighter. Set them at a table and fill a couple trays with dirt to use as a surface to build on. Let them try to recreate structures similar to the real Stonehenge or design their own monuments. Take pictures of their creations for a class display.
