Gather a variety of small boxes, 1 for each child in your class. Cracker boxes, kids shoe boxes, or pastry boxes work best. Seal the boxes, and cut a money deposit slip somewhere on them using a box cutter. Set out glue, tissue paper, scrap paper, and markers. Have the kids glue the paper all around the box to decorate it. When completed, consider giving them a few coins to start off their savings.
