Gather 4 or 5 shoe boxes or baking trays. Cut construction paper so that a piece will fit inside the box or tray. Pour some liquid tempera school paint into bowls at your art table, and add 2 marbles to each color paint. Have kids pick a marble, set it inside their tray, and tilt the tray
different directions so that the marble rolls over their
paper, leaving a paint streak as it goes.
